Let me start by saying that this isn’t the kind of Lego kit you buy to keep your child busy building for hours on end. It’s only 79 pieces, and I’d guess would take even the most inexperienced builder only 5 or 10 minutes to put together. Why buy it then?
For starters, this set has 4 whole minifigures, including Indy, Marion, and two bad guys. That’s a lot of little Lego guys for a set in this price range, and one of them is even a girl, quite a rare specimen in Legoland! There are also lots of unusual and interesting accessory pieces… Indy’s whip, a frying pan, a golden plate, a couple of green apples, and a huge barrel that the figures can hide inside. This is not a set that will be built and stuck away on a shelf. These guys will undoubtedly be battling it out for years to come – lots of play value and lots of fun!
